Use your long list of adjectives (the one that starts with 'réfléchi'), and record yourself saying the masculine and feminine forms of 10 of the adjectives that change following this example: Il est sérieux. Elle est sérieuse. Il est patient. Elle est patiente. Make sure that you pronounce the difference. Several of these will not have two different pronunciations, so don't use those. Only choose ones that will be different.
